我們的身心應保持一致,身體狀態會影響我們在面對壓力時的心理狀態。當壓力來臨時,這種一致性可能會減弱或持續增強。

這也是為什麼我們強調協助人們了解如何透過調整身體張力的方式應對壓力,並且保持身心健康。

透過FP訓練,有助於更好地應對壓力,FP著眼於調整人體生物力學,促使我們主動積極應對壓力,而非被動面對。

Our minds and bodies are one. The interaction between our mental and physical responses to stressors decides whether stress is degenerative or regenerative. This is why we focus on helping people understand how to make their bodies react to stress in a way that keeps them healthy. People who’ve tried FP say it helps them deal with stress better. We do this by focusing on aligning peoples biomechanics in ways that promote positive reactions to stress instead of negative reactions.

Troy, 53 years old was dealing with debilitating back pain that prevented him from being able to work on his farm. The pain led to him not being able to exercise which also led to him drinking a lot of alcohol.

5 months of using FP protocols and training in our gym twice per week and he is pain free and back working on the farm every day.

Troy is down 20kg and says it’s been a relatively easy transformation. The intensity of each session has probably been around 65% of max effort and the protocols we set outside of the gym have been easy to follow.

When you give the body the correct stimulus to create a structural change, you allow the musculature to function better which in turn leads to a reduction in body fat.
