運動後必須伸展?

不少學生常問我們跑步或運動後是否需要伸展肌肉?

以FP的觀點來說,許多人之所以在跑步完後感到僵硬和緊繃,是因為他們跑步的方式不正確。

我們建議,在運動中專注於正確的姿勢排列和動作,特別是正確執行關於站立、行走、跑步和投擲這四個方面的動作。

這樣一來就可以減少或甚至免於跑步或運動後的伸展需要。

Should you stretch after a run/workout?
On vesterday’s post someone asked about stretching after you go for run, and here‘s our answer.
The problem people face when they go for a run, is that they run incorrectly.
So once they stop running, the body feels stiff and tight because they’re not moving the way they‘re supposed to.
When a zebra or cheetah goes for a sprint and it stops, it doesn’t have to stretch afterwards. (Includes other animals)
It just stops, and they‘re good. This is because they mostly move correctly so they don’t have to stretch. I.
The problem lies in the fact that you shouldn‘t have to do
”stretching“ in the first place.
If you focus on moving correctly in relation to the FP First 4:
Standing, Walking, Running and Throwing..

You eliminate the need to do do any post run/workout stretching altogether.
