If you want the magic bullet to fitness it all comes down to moving impeccably as it relates to the FP First 4 – Standing, Running, Walking and Throwing.
We don’t believe there should be a trade off between strength and joint function. It’s why we take the approach we do and load joints that correspond to these fundamental movements.
It’s all a product of understanding our human code. If you master these fundamentals you get to have both rehab and performance training at the same time.
