筋膜具有許多特性,雖然並非所有的特性都已被明確認知,但有些特性我們可以即時的觀察到,利用這些觀察和實證,我們提出了一套能夠複製步態功能的基本原則。

Elastic Recoil and Myofascial Force Transmission
Some S&C coaches look at fascia and fascial training as “woo-woo”, and it certainly can be.
But that’s definitely not what we do at FP.
Fascia has many characteristics, not all of which are explicitly known, but there are characteristics that we can observe in real time.
Utilizing these observations, we’ve come up with a set of first principles that replicate the functions of gait. Gait has the properties of myofascial force transmission, and therefore we get a transference between the dynamic work we do and sprinting/athletic ability.
